We had thoughtful tea making facilities, coffee, and a hair dryer in the deluxe king room. Got delicious and amazing breakfasts with good coffee. The location was great for exploring this great area, really close to Weymouth.

Spotless property. Active, efficient staff towards all guests. Brand-new, good-sized room with a really good hearty breakfast. Delicious breakfast with locally sourced ingredients freshly cooked for all tastes. Nice and absolutely perfect location, a few steps away from everywhere. Such a pleasant overnight stay for a wedding.

The rooms are en suite and airy, have really lovely bathroom. The English breakfast is marvellous with a wide array of meals.

This was a wonderful stay for a wedding. Good location in the sunshine at the front of the pub, all was excellent. Moreover, it was next to the Devon coast, the Bar/restaurant, and the vast Hatch Court walled gardens and the farm behind. I was upgraded to an airy deluxe queen room with a king size bed.

The breakfast was delicious and excellent with excellent local bacon, the best I had in Taunton. Clean room with a modern bathroom, tea plus strong WiFi signal, I had everything needed. This location was pleasant, close to Local pub very comfortably.

I had a delicious and sensational breakfast with locally sourced ingredients freshly cooked, the food was well presented! The hotel was in a marvellous location, to the church of St John the Baptist. What's more, it was so close to the local pub, The Hatch Inn, the farm, and the quiet restaurant.

Well, it was a really comfortable stay for a wedding. The setting was excellent, near to Taunton and Forde Abbey and Hestercombe gardens and the vast Hatch Court walled gardens. Also, St Andrew's Church was 2 km away. The main bar was a delightful surprise.

Quiet little hotel in a nice area adjacent to the Bar/restaurant, Taunton or the main routes and the church. Deluxe room with a comfy bed, great coffee, for example. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Attentive service and particularly good location, great for our needs.
